Providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which is considered the gold standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Dr. Anna specializes especially in “taboo” topics and what was previously considered “pure-O.” Dr. Anna combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with ERP to teach individuals she works with how to perceive and interact with their OCD thoughts and urges differently, thus providing them an opportunity to live their lives based on their values not their fears.

Dr. Anna is experienced in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).

Providing evidenced based treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help cope with various anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, specific phobias). Additionally provide support with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) such as Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Excoriation (skin-picking).

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Dr. Anna will help you get you back on track to better sleep.
