Dr. Anna Urbaniak graduated with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She completed her internship at Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System. Dr. Anna specializes in exposure and response prevention (ERP) treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), prolonged exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), as well as treatment for body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs, such as trichotillomania (hairpulling), excoriation (skin-picking)). She is Telebehavioral Health Institute (TBHI) Certified. Dr. Anna is greatly passionate about providing evidence-based treatments for various anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, specific phobia, as well as obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and insomnia. In her practice, Dr. Anna modifies and combines treatments to the needs of individuals she is working with.
